BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made:-
Email us with your requirements and we will confirm the availability and costs. We will then hold those dates for a couple of days for you to confirm.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required 8 weeks before the start date of your booking. We accept personal cheques in Sterling or Euros. Mailing information for paymeent will be given in your confirmation email
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to confirm a booking
AVAILABILITY
The gite is available from 3 pm on your day of arrival. If you are arriving by air at Bergerac Airport, we will meet you from your flight and your gite will be ready on arrival.

SATURDAY to SATURDAY lets. Our "1 week break" prices are for a mid week start(Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday). If you wish to stay for a week commencing on a different day then please contact us.
TAXE de SEJOUR
Our "mairie" has introduced a "taxe de sejour" to help facilitate tourism in the region. Tax will be charged on all our guests over the age of 12 at a rate set by the "Mairie". This is currently 0.44€ per person per night.. We will collect this tax directly from you at the start of your stay.
